Het betreft 25 gebruikers in de praktijkpilot, verdeeld over het gehele concern, gedurende circa 10 maanden,-- een aanbieding voor het geval dat de provincie Limburg na de praktijkpilot besluit tot implementatie in de gehele organisatie. Het betreft dan ongeveer 150 gebruikers. Aan genoemde aantallen kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden. Deze indicatie geldt voor een periode van maximaal 4 jaar op de geleverde applicatie,-- het geven van opleiding middels het 'train de trainers' concept aan gebruikers en (applicatie)beheerders inclusief het leveren van nederlandstalige documentatie,-- eventueel aan te schaffen extra modules, maatwerkoplossingen en koppelingen. Koppelingen moeten mogelijk zijn met bestaande informatiesystemen binnen de provincie Limburg, waaronder een financieel systeem K2Finance (Centric) een documentverkenner (Circle Software Group bv), een geografisch informatiesysteem Arcgis 9.3 (Esri) en Subsidiesysteem, Personeelssysteem, Kadastraal infomatiesys-teem (AKR/LKI) Contract administratiesysteem (CAS) en ZVAC (zaaksgewijs, voortgangs- en afdoeningscontrelesysteem).Uitgangspunt van deze aanbesteding is dat alle genoemde te leveren producten en diensten door de opdrachtnemer worden geleverd.
