De Inschrijver dient, om bovenstaande te realiseren, de volgende ICT-oplossing te leveren: * Eenmalig: het verzorgen van de implementatie (conform aan te leveren implementatieplan) van een financieel systeem (de ICT oplossing); * Jaarlijks: onderhoud en ondersteuning van de SaaS-applicatie (de ICT oplossing), conform SLA, bestaande uit: * Correctief onderhoud; * Preventief onderhoud; * Innovatief onderhoud; * Gebruikersondersteuning.Awards
