Doel van de aanbesteding Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van de Opdracht zoals omschreven en nader gespecificeerd in de Aanbestedingsdocumenten met 3 Inschrijvers die binnen de gestelde kaders van het aanbestedingsrecht, de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving voor de Opdracht heeft/hebben gedaan. De economische meest voordelige inschrijving wordt vastgesteld op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteit verhouding/ laagste kosten berekend op basis van kosteneffectiviteit/ laagste prijs.Awards
