Ook moet er een Mijn VNG omgeving worden geintroduceerd, zoekfunctionaliteit worden aangepast en een gedeeltelijke integratie met het VNG forumsysteem Viadesk. De wens is dat het CMS niet alleen de nieuwe website kan aansturen, maar ook ingezet kan worden voor toekomstige (ondersteunende) websites. Dit is geen eis. De technologie moet zoveel mogelijk inhoud en functionaliteit van elkaar scheiden. De dienstverlening betreft verder het overzetten van de huidige content, opleiding, documentatie en het leveren van alle benodigde technische voorzieningen. Ook het doorontwikkelen van de geleverde website en het zorgdragen voor de goede werking ervan valt onder de scope.Awards
