Dit willen zij doen door middel van het creeren van duobanen (dit is mogelijk voor de afdelingen SEH/IC/CCU) waarbij een medewerker na afronding van de opleiding tot ambulanceverpleegkundige 50% werkt bij de RAV en 50% bij het algemeen ziekenhuis. De RAV heeft derhalve de intentie om per algemeen ziekenhuis in haar werkgebied een samenwerkingsovereenkomst af te sluiten om gezamenlijk deze duobaanconstructie vorm te geven. Gedurende de opleiding tot ambulanceverpleegkundige bij de RAV blijft de medewerker in dienst bij het algemeen ziekenhuis. Na het succesvol afronden van de opleiding tot ambulanceverpleegkundige bij de RAV, na circa een jaar, komt de medewerker in dienst van de RAV en zal deze de werkzaamheden voor 50% bij de RAV en voor 50% bij het algemeen ziekenhuis uitvoeren. Het betreft 0-6 medewerkers per jaar, intentie overeenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd.Awards
