Het betreft het in zijn geheel verwijderen en milieutechnisch verantwoord afvoeren en laten verwerken van de oude ondergrondse stroom- en waterkasten en het leveren, plaatsen en aansluiten (turn-key) van 30 nieuwe ondergrondse stroomkasten (waarvan 29 bestaande en 1 nieuw) en 4 nieuwe waterkasten op de genoemde locaties.
