Dit strategisch inkoopdocument vormt de basis voor de inkoopbestekken voor de diverse onderdelen die door de gemeenten gezamenlijk worden ingekocht.Deze inkoopopdracht betreft de inkoop van maatwerkvoorzieningen voor inwoners van de 12 gemeenten in Noordoost-Oost Brabant. Hierbij gaat het om de begeleiding van een brede doelgroep van personen die in meer of mindere mate ondersteuning nodig hebben bij het dagelijks functioneren. De huidige (2014) AWBZ functies zijn door de gemeenten getransformeerd naar de nieuwe maatwerkvoorzieningen. Het gaat om maatwerkvoorzieningen voor begeleiding aan personen boven de 18 jaar die onder de Wmo valt. Binnen deze maatwerkvoorzieningen is tevens de 5 % persoonlijke verzorging die vanuit de AWBZ naar de Wmo overkomt, opgenomen.De maatwerkvoorzieningen zijn onderverdeeld in 4 deelovereenkomsten (Individuele ondersteuning, Gespecialiseerde dagbesteding, Beschermd wonen en Kortdurend verblijf). Naast deze maatwerkvoorzieningen kopen de gemeenten met dit inkooptraject ook het vervoer van en naar de locatie waar de ondersteuning plaatsvindt.Awards
