In de Wet Luchtvaart zijn ook alle andere taken van LVNL vastgelegd. Daaronder vallen onder meer het verlenen van communicatie-, navigatie en plaatsbepalingsdiensten, het verlenen van luchtvaartinlichtingendiensten en het verzorgen van opleidingen voor luchtverkeersdiensten. Anders gezegd: LVNL is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het civiele luchtruim boven Nederland en een deel van de Noordzee en alles wat daarbij komt kijken. LVNL doet dit sinds 1923 en sinds 1983 als Zelfstandig Bestuursorgaan (ZBO). Het hoofdkantoor van LVNL, waar circa 800 FTE werkzaam zijn, bevindt zich op Schiphol.Op de site www.lvnl.nl kunt u alle relevante informatie over LVNL lezen en downloaden.Binnen LVNL is de afdeling Corporate Services / Gebouwen en Infrastructures (hierna: G&I) verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en instandhouden van de technische kwaliteit van gebouwen en technische installaties, hierna gezamenlijk te noemen: objecten. G&I is direct verantwoordelijk voor de objecten van de regio's Schiphol en Rotterdam. Daarnaast heeft G&I een adviserende rol voor de objecten van de regio's Beek en Eelde. De beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de veelal complexe technische installaties, waarvan een deel (installaties m.b.t. de energievoorziening, luchtbehandeling en koeling) redundant is uitgevoerd, hebben hierbij hoge prioriteit vanwege de continuiteit van het primaire proces waaraan deze installaties ondersteuning verlenen.Om de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van deze objecten in hoge mate te kunnen garanderen laat G&I onderhoud uitvoeren op een dusdanig niveau dat de installaties in de beleidsmatig vastgestelde conditie blijven. Hiertoe vinden er jaarlijks afgewogen onderhoudswerkzaamheden plaats. Deze bestaan naast het vervangingsonderhoud uit preventief en correctief onderhoud.De huidige contracten hiervoor lopen af op 31.12.2016.Globale scope van de opdracht centrale elektrotechnische voorzieningen (inclusief krachtstroom); (hoofd)verdeelinrichting; bekabeling / distributie elektra; bliksem- / veiligheids- / vereffeningsaarding. Verlichting: centrale verlichting; noodverlichting; buitenverlichting/terreinverlichting. Communicatie: beelden CCTV; signalen, geluid; CAI en IP/TV. Beveiliging: brand: waaronder gecertificeerde installaties voor de volgende locaties: toren-centrum; noodtoren; Schiphol-Oost; TWR-W. Beveiliging: toegangscontrole; inbraaksignalering; overlast, sociale alarmering; gasblussing. Binnenwand: schuif- en draaideuren; tourniquets. Gevel-terrein: draai-, schuif- en overheaddeuren; tourniquets; speedgates en toebehoren; schuifhekken; krachtinstallaties; communicatie / terreinbeveiliging.Awards
