De werkzaamheden vormen een samenhangend geheel. De HZ wenst 1 aanspreekpunt voor deze uitvoeringswerkzaamheden. Daarnaast vindt opdrachtgever het belangrijk dat er optimale integratie plaatsvindt tussen de bouwkundige en installatietechnische werken. Het werk wordt derhalve niet verder onderverdeeld in percelen en betreft: -- het uitvoeren van de bouwkundige werken inclusief terreininrichting; -- het uitvoeren van de werktuigbouwkundige installaties; -- het uitvoeren van de elektrotechnische installaties. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd op basis van bestekken inclusief tekeningen, nota's van inlichtingen en een proces-verbaal van aanwijzing.
