Daarnaast heeft de selectieleidraad betrekking op de lease van de bureaustoelen. Het meubilair wordt aanbesteed in een procedure waarop perceelsplitsing van toepassing is. Het provinciekantoor is ingericht volgens het principe van 'Het Nieuwe Werken'. Het Nieuwe Werken vraagt een andere kantooromgeving dan een traditionele kantooromgeving. Bij Het Nieuwe Werken hebben medewerkers geen vaste plek, maar kiezen ze hun werkplek bij het type werk dat ze uitvoeren. Dit vraagt om een varieteit aan werkplek- en vergadertypen. Tevens dient het diverse meubilair te kunnen faciliteren in de individuele gebruikerswensen, waarmee de instelbaarheid, verstelbaarheid gegarandeerd dienen kunnen te worden maar ook de noodzakelijk benodigde aansluitingen beschikbaar dienen te zijn. Bij werkplektypen valt te denken aan open werkplekken, lounge werkplekken en coupe werkplekken. Bij de vergadertypen gaat het bijvoorbeeld om interactief vergaderen, traditioneel vergaderen en staand vergaderen. Voor al het te vervaardigen en te leveren meubilair wordt in principe uitgegaan van het 'Plug&Play' principe. Dat wil zeggen dat de meubels, inclusief de daarin opgenomen voorzieningen 'stekkerklaar' zijn en uitsluitend aangesloten hoeven te worden op de voorzieningen van het gebouw, zoals riolering, waterleiding, datanetwerk en voeding. Het meubilair wordt in drie percelen aanbesteed: 1. Los Meubilair; 2. Maatwerk meubilair; 3. Lockers. Zie voor meer informatie bijgevoegde selectieleidraad.Awards
