Aanbestedende Dienst wenst met deze aanbesteding de kwalitatief beste partij te contracteren, tegen de best mogelijke voorwaarden en zo laag mogelijke kosten. Het doel is een partij te selecteren welke in staat is om de receptiedienstverlening voor Aanbestedende Dienst optimaal uit te voeren. Aanbestedende Dienst wenst een vaste groep van drie (3) medewerkers welke zorg draagt voor de bezetting van de receptie tussen 07:30 en 18:00 uur. Van deze medewerkers is een (1) medewerker aanwezig van 07:30 tot 15:00 uur en een (1) medewerker van 10:00 tot 18:00 uur. In geval van ziekte en/of vakantie wordt gebruik gemaakt van een vaste ambulantenpoule waarbij de bezetting van de receptie en maximale ontzorging van de Aanbestedende Dienst is gegarandeerd. Onder de werkzaamheden van de medewerkers van de receptiedienst wordt onder andere verstaan het beantwoorden en doorverbinden van de telefoon De totale raming bij een contractperiode voor een jaar is ongeveer EU 132.000 exclusief BTW.Awards
