The construction management shall represent the Awarding Authority's and their interests at the construction sites and safeguard the Awarding Authority's interests in the total construction process. Normally the Awarding Authority has approx. 50 school facilities project per annum. The annual investment budget in 2011 is approx. 2 500 000 000 NOK. The investment budgets are at all time dependent on annual allocations and may vary in total volume during the agreement period. 7-10 parallel framework agreements regarding construction management will be entered into. This is dependent on number of suitable service providers and tenders. The framework agreement is limited to the Awarding Authority's properties.
