The Norwegian Agriculture Agency has recently carried out a pilot project for manager development in the Administration Department. There will mainly be a need for follow-up in this department. The framework agreement also comprises follow-up of each individual manager group (including the Administration Department) after the manager development programme has been completed. In addition there can be a need for consultancy services outside the manager development programme, for example, for evaluating the work and guiding managers as regards their managerial role (coaching).Awards
