This includes advice and guidance on grant management in Norad, including financial management and control in development projects - and programs, and projects related to the monitoring of financial irregularities in Norad's grant management. The demand for various forms of consulting in the financial and legal field is growing, and Norad wants to enhance its expertise and capacity to meet part of this demand. The purpose of entering into a consultancy agreement is to provide Norad quick and flexible access to consultancy services in the financial and legal area, and ensure efficient use of resources, quality, competition, transparency and predictability.
