The Grorud district is one of four districts in the Groruddal initiative. The initiative is a collaboration between the government and municipality on better living conditions in Groruddalen and it will be implemented in the period 2017-2026. The initiative is organisationally split into sub-programmes for growth and education, employment, and local community. The district has an area lift in the sub-districts Romsas and Grorud. The aim of the area lifts in Romsas and Grorud is to strengthen local community qualities. The district would like to enter into a collaboration with a tenderer or constellation of tenderers that can follow the development of various sub-projects in the area lifts with an overall view, and contribute with their expertise for the further development of the project portfolio, in addition to working on concrete sub-projects.Awards
