The tender contest is an open procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act from 17.6.2016, and the Public procurement regulations stated in the Royal decree dated 12.8.2016 -- with later revisions. Tender competitions do not allow negotiations on the tender. After the tenders have been submitted, only clarifications of any uncertainties are allowed. Each municipality is an independent legal entity and the final contract shall therefore be signed by a responsible person in each municipality. Bokn, Bomlo, Etne, Fitjar, Haugesund, Karmoy, Kvinnherad, Sauda, Suldal, Stord, Sveio, Tysnes, Tysvaer and Vindafjord municipalities are participating in this enquiry.Awards
