The gross area of the building is approx. 7 507 m2 of which Gulating Court of Appeals' premises amount to approx 6,316 m2 (85 %) and the premises of the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority Region West amount to 1 119 m2 (15 %). The remaining areas belong to the cafe. One tender for cleaning of the total areas of the building, except for the cafe. The contracting authorities shall be invoiced separately in accordance with area distribution. The cleaning services are expected to be initiated 1.8.2018.
