A Framework Agreement will be signed for the procurement of welfare technological units that function together on the platform. These must cover safety, both inside and outside across different forms of residences. This includes stationary and mobile digital safety alarms. The Framework Agreement must include safety-inducing technology and services for persons living at home in the municipality. Tenderers who cannot cover all the aspects in the notice, but who would like to participate in the competition, are encouraged to cooperate with other actors for an overall tender.
