The residual waste is collected from households, recycling stations, holiday sanitation and businesses. The framework agreement shall include the reception and final treatment of residual waste for energy utilisation. It must be given in the solution and price if there is a need for reloading and transport from the collection point/reloading facility to the final treatment facility. The assignment includes an annual final treatment of Approx. 35 950 tonnes of household waste and approx. 14 500 tonnes of business waste. The assignment shall be divided into six lots. The assignment includes an option for the delivery of bottom ash to Sirkula IKS' landfill site at Heggvin. See the description in point 7.2 to the tender documentation regarding the formulation of the tender. The tender contest is administered by Sirkula IKS on behalf of the companies included in Avfalls-samarbeidet Innlandet, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority.Awards
