Running 24 hour places in long term homes is to be provided, with all the necessary accompanying functions. In addition, places in day centres must be provided. One contract will be signed for each long term home. The procurement is thus divided into two sub-contracts: * Service provision contract for Rodtvet Nursing Home * Service provision contract for Smestadhjemmet The same tenderer may be awarded both sub-contracts. The contract is reserved for non-profit tenderers in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) section 2-4 letter h. The contract will be implemented as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16.Awards
