There is currently no treatment offer within particle therapy in Norway, and thus there is a need to enter into contracts with foreign centre/clinics that can offer this treatment to Norwegian patients.The aim is to enter into a parallel framework agreements with several tenderers.The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts. A) Proton therapy and B) Carbon Ion therapy. Tenderers can submit a tender for both sub-contracts, or for one of the sub-contracts. The contracting authority reserves the right to conduct a dialogue or negotiations with the tenderers in the contest.
