The contracts shall cover the need for competence which the awarding authority does not have access to in its own department at a given time or where there is a separate need for the assignment to be solved externally. The contracts can also be used for extra capacity. The requested consultancy services are divided into the following areas of competence: -- project management/consultancy services, -- strategy planning/consultany services, -- architecture and system specifications, -- technical architecture (operation), -- testing and quality assurance, -- logistics, oebs and e-commerce, -- agresso, -- electronic interaction, -- system development/programming, -- operation of it systems and platforms, -- data communication, -- telecommunications, -- operative systems, -- data storage, -- specialistics on databases, -- specialists on application integration. The awarding authority plans to carry out a comprehensive renewal/modernisation of ICT (the Modernisation Project).
