By 'action boats' we mean the open RIB/RHIB constructed for professional use by special forces in the police or defence, for special operations (primarily boarding/tracking). Tenderers who want to participate in the competition (interested parties) should send an enquiry regarding participating in the competition to the Contracting Authority. The interested parties who fulfil all of the qualification requirements, hereunder security and authorisation, will receive the tender documentation and can submit tender offers. Negotiations will take place with all tenderer who have submitted tender offers.
