The purpose of the contract is to safeguard that the contracting authority, in accordance with laws and regulations, achieves a cost-efficient and rational purchase of tyres for the Municipality's vehicles and equipment and the associated services. The framework agreement concerns the products in the appendix 'Price form tyres for vehicles', however, the form is not necessarily exhaustive. The contracting authority must cover their needs within the individual groups through the selected tenderer. It is possible to submit tenders for one or both of the groups.
