Gjennom dette prosjektet ynskjer ein a modernisere og utvide omsorgsbasen og storkjokkenet, bygge nye omsorgsbustader og felles lokaliteter for helsetenestene i kommunen.Samstundes vil ein bygge inn dei andre offentlege kontora i kommunen i dette prosjektet og lage ein motestad for innbyggjarane. Det er saleis snakk om ombygging, nybygg i fleire delar og tilrettelegging av uteareal med sansehagar og parkeringsareal mv.Prosjektet vil ogsa innebere riving av eksisterande bygg med levering til mottak. Samla byggareal som vert omfatta av prosjektet er ca 3.000 m2, der om lag halvparten er nybygg.Awards
