Etapa II: Asistenta tehnica pe perioada executiei lucrarilor la obiectivul de investitie.Etapa III: Executia propriu-zisa a lucrarilor la obiectivul de investitie. Numarul zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 10 zile.
