Publication date2024-05-21 DescriptionObiectivul Acordului Cadru/contractelor subsecvente il reprezinta intocmirea studiilor de fezabilitate si a proiectelor tehnice pentru inlocuiri de conducte, brasamente si realizari de noi distributii de gaze naturale, in toate localitatile (sate, comune, orase) aferente judetelor: Alba, Arad, Bacau, Bihor, Bistrita Nasaud, Botosani, Caras Severin, Cluj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Iasi, Maramures, Mures, Neamt, Satu Mare, Salaj, Sibiu, Suceava, Timis si Vaslui, in functie de planul de investitii al Delgaz Grid S.A. si in conformitate cu cerintele Documentatiei descriptive nr. 68246 din 24.11.2022 si a documentelor anexate acestora. Se doreste incheierea unui acord cadru cu 25 op ec, pe o perioada de 36 de luni. Clarificarile sau informatiile suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire vor fi transmise cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea solicitarilor de participare, in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016. EC va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit.Awards
