Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa incheie un acord-cadru pentru achizitionarea de echipamente necesare activitatii operative de combatere a infractionalitatii transfrontaliere (Achizitie sisteme de monitorizare si supraveghere G.P.S.), conform specificatiilor tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini. 2. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in termen de 3 zile lucratoare de la primirea unei astfel de solicitari, in masura in care aceste solicitari au fost transmise in termenul mentionat la SECTIUNEA I, respectiv 9 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. 3. ATENTIE!!! Pentru respectarea principiului tratamentului egal, operatorii economici interesati vor respecta prevederile notificarii ANAP nr. 247 cu privire la modalitatea de transmitere a solicitarilor de clarificari si a informatiilor suplimentare la documentatiile de atribuire / raspunsurile formulate in cazul desfasurarii procedurilor de atribuire a contractelor de achizitie publica prin intermediul mijloacelor electronice (on-line), in sensul ca documentele atasate la sectiunea "Intrebari" NU VOR CONTINE DATELE DE IDENTIFICAREA ALE ACESTORA, intrucat acestea vor deveni publice in momentul transmiterii raspunsului de catre autoritatea contractanta!Awards
