Contoarele vor fi dotate cu module de comunicatie (PLC, GPRS) pentru masurarea energiei distribuite la consumatori, prosumatori si in posturi de transformare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 22 (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor)Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare este: in a 12-a ZI INAINTE de termenul limita stabilit in Anuntul de participare simplificat pentru depunerea ofertelor.Awards
