(2) si 161 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016 si art. 27 alin. (2)-(4) si art. 103 alin. (2) din HG 395/2016). - Autoritatea contractanta nu va raspunde la o solicitare de clarificari/informatii suplimentare, primita in intervalul de 9 zile anterior termenului-limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, solicitarea fiind considerata a fi fost transmisa tardiv.Awards
