Valoarea estimate totala a achizitiei 13.128.794,00 lei fara TVA compusa din valoarea supusa achizizitiei 12.978.794,00 lei fara TVA si valoarea materialelor puse la dispozite de catre entitatea contractanta 150.000,00 lei fara TVA. Avand in vedere faptul ca in propunerile financiare ofertantii nu vor cuprinde materialele, evaluarea propunerilor financiare urmand a se face prin raportare la valoarea estimata fara materiale, valoare mentionata la sectiunea II.1.05 , in prezenta sectiune s-a completat valoarea estimata a lucrarilor ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri. Clarificarile sau informatiile suplimentare in legatura cu toate documentele aferente documentatiei de atribuire vor fi transmise cu cel putin 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis cel tarziu pana in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea solicitarilor de participare, in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016 cu modificarile ulterioare.
