Echipamentele/mijloacele/materialele/ consumabilele ce vor fi achizitionate fac parte din Strategia de Consolidare a Inspectoratului General pentru Situatii de Urgenta 2016-2025, aprobata prin HG nr. 951/2016. Obiectiv general nr. III - consolidarea capacitatii de interventie si de reactie a MAI, pentru impunerea respectarii legii, punctul 5.8 accelerarea actiunilor de dezvoltare a capacitatilor de reactie si raspuns in situatii de urgenta. Termenul-limita in care Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare: In a 6 a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
