Valoarea estimata fara TVA a celui mai mare contract subsecvent pe fiecare lot in parte : Lotul nr.1 = 51097 lei; lotul nr. 2 = 26565 lei; lotul nr. 3= 28542.5 lei; lotul nr. 4 = 4250 lei. Se va incheia un acord cadru cu un singur operator cu durata de 12 luni. Se vor incheia minim 3 contracte subsecvente pe fiecare lot in parte, primul contract subsecvent va cuprinde cantitatile necesare a fi livrate in primele 4 luni ale acordului-cadru, urmand ca in functie de necesitati sa se incheie contractele subsecvente pentru restul perioadei, avand in vedere ca furnizarea alimentelor este necesara pe intreg parcursul anului. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot face clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a aofertelor este de 6 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 5-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Awards
