Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa incheie un acord cadru de furnizare alimente pentru o perioada de 12 luni, cu minim 1 si maxim 3 operatori economici, fara reluarea competitiei (fara reofertare electronica) in SEAP, respectiv prin simpla comunicare pe mail a intentiei de incheiere a unui nou contract subsecvent. Se va incheia 1 sau mai multe contracte subsecvente, primul pe cantitatea minima din acordul cadru, urmatoarele contracte subsecvente pe diferenta pana la cantitatea maxima din acordul cadru, in functie de necesitati. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate solicitate pe durata acordului cadru precum si cele care vor face obiectul unui contract subsecvent sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini. In momentul de fata nu pot fi cunoscute cu exactitate cantitatile pentru al doilea contract subsecvent. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari pana in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Awards
