Plata verif intra in atr antrepr si va fi cupr in of.DTE se va elab conf specif teh in vig si incadr in std exist.Daca in urma intoc PT apar dif cant/val ale cat de lucr of in baza SF,vor fi consid a fi prop de modif a contr init de catre antrepr cu/fara modif val ofert, urmand a se anal incadr ac modif ca fiind subst/nesubst, cf art. 221 si art. 222 din L. 98/2016 si instr ANAP nr. 3.PT va putea fi pus in ex numai dupa aviz de AFIR in ceea ce priv conf cu SF/ DALI si a ment crit de elig si selectie.Predarea DTE:PT, CS si DE, se predau benefi in 4 ex orig, DTAC in 3 ex orig, toate pe sup de hartie si pe sup electr.Proiectl va face modif la PT daca acestea sunt solic de CRFIR ca urm a sup spre aviz.B.
