Buying entity🇷🇴 Sectorul 2 al Municipiului Bucuresti Publication date2019-06-07 DescriptionReabilitarea termica a blocurilor de locuinte din Sectorul 2 al Municipiului Bucuresti: lucrari de termoizolatie pereti exteriori,lucrari termohidroizolare terasa blocuri, lucrari termoizolare subsol, inlocuire tamplarie existenta cu tamplarie eficienta energetic, lucrari instalatii, alte lucrari conexe, descrierea acestor lucrari regasindu-se in cerintele Caietului de Sarcini.Conform Devizelor Generale intocmite de proiectantii de specialitate care au elaborat documentatia la faza DALI aferente celor 78 de obiective, s- a stabilit valoarea estimata totala pentru executia acestui Acord Cadru la 149.055.319,00 lei fara TVA defalcata dupa cum urmeaza:Cheltuieli pentru investitia de baza : 145.129.048,00lei fara TVAOrganizare de santier: 3.926.271,00 lei fara TVAValoarea estimata a Acordului Cadru ce urmeaza a fi atribuit nu cuprinde suma aferenta cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute precizata in bugetul proiectului (devizul general), acestea putand fi accesate, dupa caz, in functie de necesitati, prin modificarea contractului in conditiile prevazute la art. 221 din Legea nr.98/2016 privind achizitiile publice.Awards
