Buying entity🇷🇴 DIRECTIA DE ASISTENTA SOCIALA TURDA Publication date2017-09-21 Description1.Se doreste sa se achizitioneze urmatoarele produse alimentare impartite pe loturi: LOT.1-PRODUSE LACTATE; LOT.2 - PRODUSE DE ORIGINE ANIMALA, CARNE SI PRODUSE DIN CARNE; LOT.3 - CARNE DE PUI SI OUA; LOT.4 - DIVERSE PRODUSE ALIMENTARE LOT.5 - PRODUSE DE PANIFICATIE; LOT.6 - LEGUME, FRUCTE SI FRUCTE CU COAJA. 2.Autoritatea contractanta va incheia un acord cadru pe o perioada de 12 luni, in urma aplicarii procedurii LICITATIE DESCHISA, cu un singur operator economic care a indeplinit criteriile de calificare si selectie si care a prezentat oferte admisibile. Primul contract va fi incheiat pe o perioada de 6 luni, iar urmatorul contract pentru o perioada de 2 luni, va fi atribuit fara reluarea competitiei intre semnatarii acordului cadru. Al treilea contract subsecvent se va incheia fara reluarea competitiei intre semnatarii acordului cadru, pentru o perioada de 4 luni. 3. Caracteristicile tehnice raman nemodificate pe toata durata acordului cadru. 4. Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea fi achizitionate pe durata acordului cadru sant prevazute in caietul de sarcini, iar cele pentru contractele subsecvente in Anexa la caietul de sarcini. 5. Daca sunt mai multe oferte clasate pe primul loc autoritatea contractanta va solicita prin intermediul SEAP incarcarea de documente care contin preturi noiAwards
