Autoritatea contractanta va finaliza procedura simplificata prin incheierea unui acord - cadru cu un singur operator economic pe o perioada de 12 luni, urmand ca la incheierea contractelor subsecvente sa nu se reia competitia. Ofertantii vor lua in calcul suplimentarea cantitatii maxime cu 50% in functie de solicitarile beneficiarilor si fondurilor disponibile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 3 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor- 5 zile.Awards
