Asigurare asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului pe perioada de executie a lucrarilor, pana la receptie la terminarea lucrarilor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 (cu 7 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor) cu 5 zile inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, astfel incat sa se respecte prevederile art. 20-21 din OUG 107/2017.Awards
