Lotul nr. 3 - Software licentiat editare PDF (Nitro Pro 13 PDF sau echivalent) - 8 buc Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 4-a zi, inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161, alin. 1) din Legea nr. 98/2016.
