Solicitarile de clarificari privind documentia de atribuire se va transmite cu cel putin 8 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor iar Raspunsul consolidat al entitatii contractante in mod clar, complet si fara ambiguitati la toate solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare va fi transmis cu cel putin 6 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
