Pentru a putea efectua operatiunile de desfiintare propriu-zisa este necesar a se intocmi documentatii tehnice in conformitate cu prevederile legale. Intocmirea acestor documentatii necesita achizitia de servicii specializate de la furnizori autorizati in conditiile legii pentru intocmire de relevee, proiecte, expertize si breviare de calcul, devize estimative si alte piese necesare obtinerii avizelor, acordurilor si in final autorizatiei de desfiintare. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire pana in a 7-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 3-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari transmise dupa data limita stabilita.Awards
