Primariei nr.2 - faza PT", ce cuprinde intocmirea de documentatii tehnice precum si efectuarea de activitati, astfel: 1. Expertiza tehnica; 2. Documentatiile pentru obtinerea avizelor/acordurilor solicitate prin certificatul de urbanism, precum si obtinerea acestora, inclusiv studiile de specialitate care sunt necesare obtinerii autorizatiei de construire; 3. Proiect pentru autorizarea executarii lucrarilor; 4. Proiectul tehnic, detalii de executie, caiete de sarcini, breviare de calcul, antemasuratori; 5. Asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului pe parcursul executiei lucrarilor; 6. Intocmirea raportului proiectantului privind respectarea de catre executant a proiectului tehnic. 7. Participarea la receptia la terminarea lucrarilor si la receptia finala a acestora, intocmind toate documentele impuse de legislatia in vigoare. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari cu 3 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 5 zile.
