Lucrarile de modernizare se vor executa conform Proiectului tehnic si a Caietul de sarcini, anexate Documentatiei de atribuire; Conform Art. 160 alin. (2) si Art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr. 107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile si Art. 55 alin. (1) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificate cu 6 zile calendaristice inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor (daca acestea au fost primite cu cel putin 8 zile calendaristice inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor).Awards
