Se vor presta, in conformitate cu cerintele proiectului tehnic si a caietelor de sarcini, respectiv lucrari de modernizare a strazilor in lungime totala de 1.921,97 m de pe raza comunei Varasti, judetul Giurgiu, care cuprinde urmatoarele strazi: * din satul Varasti, urmatoarele strazi : o Strada Sperantei L= 364.31m o Strada Jean Louis Calderon L= 334.48m - din Cartierul Obedeni, o Strada Morii L= 462.26m o Strada Postei L= 473.32m * din satul Dobreni, urmatoarele strazi : o Strada Invatator Iancu Popescu L= 140.28m o Strada Plugarilor L= 147.32m Valoarea estimata totala a contractului de lucrari este de 796.646 lei fara TVA, respectiv 175.376 euro, care cuprinde: - Valoarea estimata pentru lucrarile de C+M: 790.559 lei fara TVA; echivalent = 174.036 euro - Valoarea estimata pentru Organizare de santier: 3.952 lei fara TVA; echivalent = 870 euro - Valoarea cheltuielilor diverse si neprevazute astfel cum acestea au fost definite de catre proiectant in devizul estimativ: 2.135 lei, respectiv 470 euro.
