Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa incheie un acord cadru de furnizare reactivi si materiale de laborator pentru o perioada de 12 luni, cu maxim 3 operatori economici si doua contracte sau mai multe contracte subsecvente. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari este in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor (documentatie de complexitate redusa). Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: Numarul minim de contracte subsecvente ce se vor incheia pe un an bugetar este de minim 1 (unu) contract, iar numarul maxim de contracte subsecvente ce se vor incheia pe durata acordului cadru este de minim 2 (doua) contracte sau mail multe, in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante, de fondurile alocate prin bugetul unitatii cu aceasta destinatie si conform prevederilor documentatiei de atribuire. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate solicitate pe durata acordului cadru precum si cele care vor face obiectul unui contract subsecvent sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini. Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia pe cantitatea minima iar restul contractelor subsecvente se vor incheia pana la cantitatea maxima din acord in functie de necesitati. In momentul de fata nu pot fi cunoscute cu exactitate cantitatile pentru contractele subsecvente.Awards
