Objekt ma dve hlavne vnutorne schodiska. Obvodovy plast je murovany z tehal hr. 375mm. Strecha objektu je bezatikova, plocha (8%) s vyspadovanim dovnutra, jednoplastova, s vnutornymi dazdovymi odpadmi. Obsahom projektovej dokumentacie je navrh stavebnych uprav naplnajucich pojem Vyznamna obnova skolskej budovy podla zakona c. 555/2005 Z.z. O energetickej hospodarnosti budov. Cielom projektu je dosiahnutie uspory energie pri prevadzkovani objektu, odstranenie poruch vyvolanych tepelnymi mostami a taktiez celkova estetizacia stavby.
