Zamerom obce je zmodernizovat budovu na polyfunkcny dom prestavbou povodnych miestnosti, pristavbou a nadstavbou novych priestorov. Funkcne bude objekt rozdeleny na nebytovu a bytovu cast. Z dvojpodlaznej budovy bude stavba zrekonstruovana na stvorpodlazny polyfunkcny objekt. Na prizemi- 1NP bude nebytova cast spocivat z ambulancie lekara, posty, kadernictva a klubu dochodcov. Na 2.NP-4.NP sa bude nachadzat 11 najomnych bytov (6-dvojizbovych a 5-jednoizbovych). Priestory v suterene budu sluzit pre bytovu i nebytovu cast polyfunkcneho domu. Sucastou rekonstrukcie bude i vystavba technickej infrastruktury - verejny vodovod, kanalizacia s pripojkami, miestna komunikacia a parkoviska.Awards
