Glede na navedeno je nastala nepredvidena okoliscina, na katero Obcina kot narocnik ni morala vplivati in je nastala po podpisu pogodbe. Zaradi socasnosti in racionalnosti gradnje je tako smiselno, da Obcina izvede tudi obnovo vodovodnega sistema v tem delu, saj v neposredni blizini poteka tudi izgradnja kanalizacijskega sistema, ki ga skladno s pogodbo st. 430-0010/2013-50 izvaja izvajalec LAVACO podjetje za gradbenistvo in trgovino, d.o.o.Awards
