🇪🇸 El projecte te per objecte dur a terme les actuacions de renovacio a realitzar en les instal*lacions d'enllumenat exterior en diversos espais del 'Municipi de Vilaller (Alta Ribagorca, Lleida) a fi de justificar tecnicament que els parametres d'eficiencia energetica a assolir com a consequencia de les esmentades actuacions de renovacio redueixen tant el consum electric com les emissions de dioxid de carboni de la instal*lacio d'enllumenat en ordre al que disposa el Reial Decret 616/2017, de 16 de juny, pel qual es regula la concessio directa de subvencions a projectes singulars d'entitats locals que afavoreixin el pas a una economia baixa en carboni en el marc de el programa operatiu FEDER de creixement sostenible 2014-2020.Un altre objectiu del projecte sera el d'acreditar el compliment dels requisits tecnics que estableix el RD 1890/2008 per tal d'obtenir la certificacio Starlight, que obliga a complir amb els parametres de les zones de proteccio luminica E1, corresponent a arees amb entorns o paisatges foscos.El projecte es concreta en el desmuntatge, subministrament, instal*lacio i posada en funcionament de les instal*lacions d'enllumenat indicades al projecte.El desenvolupament de l'actuacio ha de consistir en el desenvolupament de les fases seguents a realitzar per qui resulti adjudicatari del contracte:🇪🇸 URBALUX, S.A.
